Please take a moment to read through this Client Etiquette Agreement. It's here to ensure our time together is respectful, seamless, and above all—mutually enjoyable. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

 

1. Timeliness & Communication

I will arrive on time and understand that cancellations or reschedules require 24+ hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits and potential restrictions on future bookings.

 

2. Respect & Boundaries

I will not question or attempt to negotiate any boundaries. What’s agreed upon in advance is final. I will follow your lead with courtesy and discretion at all times.

3. Cleanliness & Presentation

I will arrive freshly showered, well-groomed, and dressed appropriately. If offered a shower, I will accept it out of mutual respect and care.

 

4. Tribute & Gratuity

I will present the agreed-upon tribute at the beginning of our time, either in an unsealed envelope at the designated spot or handed directly to You.
Rates are not discussed in person.

Tribute is traditionally offered in cash; however, verified Square Pay or e-transfer are also accepted as an alternative payment methods in person at my place. Please inform me in advance.
Tips or gits are never expected, but always appreciated.

5. Thoughtful Gifts & Gestures

6. Deposit

I understand a deposit may be required to confirm our time together. I acknowledge this is standard practice to ensure commitment on both sides. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable and used solely for securing the booking.

 

7. Privacy & Discretion

I will never share personal details, photos, or communications. I fully respect the private and discreet nature of our experience.

 

8. Substance Policy

I will not arrive intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances. A clear mind and respectful presence are essential.

9. Smoking & Vaping Policy

I understand that this is a smoke-free and vape-free space. I will respect Isa’s boundaries regarding air quality, scent sensitivity, and overall comfort. Failure to do so may result in the immediate end of the session without refund.

 

10. Safe Play

I agree to protected intimacy—this is non-negotiable. I will not request, suggest, or attempt any unsafe practices, and will be honest in health-related discussions.

 

11. Health & Safety Commitment

I confirm I am HIV negative and do not carry any transmittable infections. I am committed to creating a safe and respectful space for us both.

12. Identification

At your discretion, I understand that light screening or a valid ID may be requested for safety and peace of mind. This information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for security purposes.

 

13. Health Acknowledgement

I affirm that I am in good health & understand that I assume full responsibility for any personal or health-related outcomes from our time together.

 

14. Behavior

I understand that any disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate end of the session without refund & possible permanent blacklisting.

 

15. Appreciation

I understand that I’ve been welcomed into a curated, intimate space, and I will treat it with elegance and gratitude.

16. No Recording Without Consent

I understand that recording—audio, video, or screenshots—without Isa’s explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized recording is a serious violation of trust, privacy, and safety, and may result in immediate blacklisting and legal action.

 

17. Confidentiality & Discretion Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that Isa offers a discreet and emotionally intimate experience. I agree to honor her privacy as she will mine. Any attempt to violate her boundaries, harass, “out,” stalk, or endanger her online or offline may result in blacklisting and legal consequences.

 

18. Consent & Emotional Presence

I understand that true connection can’t be forced. I will be emotionally present, communicative, and open to the natural flow of connection. Consent, respect, & emotional attentiveness are what make this experience uniquely beautiful.

 

19. Legal Affirmation & Non-Entrapment Agreement

By proceeding, I affirm that I am not a member of law enforcement, nor am I affiliated with any agency attempting to entrap or investigate under false pretenses. I understand that this is a private engagement between consenting adults, and any misrepresentation of intent may be considered fraudulent and unlawful.

 

20. Subversive & Criminal Activity Acknowledgement

I affirm that I am not part of any subversive organization attempting to disrupt or create issues in the space, building, or community. I further affirm that I am not involved in theft, scams, or deception. Any attempt to defraud or manipulate will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
